Mrinalini (Minni) Vittal

Minni is a business-focused people executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning growth-stage companies to global enterprises with more than $15 billion in revenue across software, fintech, and medtech. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leadership teams to navigate critical inflection points such as periods of rapid growth, business model evolution, M&A, operational change, and public company readiness.
Prior to joining Cepheid, Minni focused on building her own business as a Fractional Chief People Officer and Executive Coach. Before that, as Chief People Officer at PROCEPT BioRobotics, Minni helped the company navigate its IPO and built and scaled the People function during a period of hypergrowth. Prior to PROCEPT, Minni held senior HR leadership roles at Varian Medical Systems (now part of Siemens Healthineers), where she helped lead organizational transformation; PayPal, where she partnered with the business through a period of commercial evolution following its separation from eBay; and CA Technologies (now part of Broadcom), where she supported the company's transition toward cloud-based software and SaaS.
Minni holds an MBA from Management Development Institute (India) and a BA (Honors) in Economics from Delhi University.
