Laurent Bellon, Ph.D.

Traci Wicks

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Traci possesses more than 25 years of experience across financial, technology, and medical industries in HR leadership roles building high-performing teams. Traci joins us from Discover Financial Services, where she spent the last three years as SVP, Talent and HR Consulting, leading HR practices for the executive leadership team and areas including culture, succession planning, talent acquisition, employer branding and employee engagement.

Prior to Discover, Traci was VP, HR Leader Oncology Systems and Global Talent for Varian Medical Systems, where she led a culture and talent transformation for their global workforce. Traci has also held several HR leadership positions, most notably in her nearly 20 years with Intuit, spanning culture and organizational transformation, talent processes, HR M&A, workforce planning and analytics, and HR technology.

Traci received her degree in Criminal Justice from De Anza College and completed Executive Development programs in Advanced HR and Strategy & Managing Complex Programs from University of Michigan and Stanford University, respectively.
